@joelrossol I'm not knocking PHP, it has it's place and I use it on my own personal sites. Just feels wrong to install on windows servers.

Christmas Gifts 2009 - Part 1

Maestro by Gibson Guitar

My girlfriend, Adrianne, is such a sweet and wonderful woman! She got me what has to be the most perfect gift, a guitar! It’s a 41inch acoustic Maestro by Gibson.

I attend many computer conferences every year with a decent group of developers from the midwest. Many of them besides being great programmers are downright amazing musicians. At most conferences we end up hanging out at hotels or some local’s house to party and a few always bring their guitars to jam. I’ve always wished I could join in with them and rock away the night.

my girlfriend, Adrianne, remembered me talking about this and so she went out and bought me a guitar. I am a lucky guy to have such a thoughtful lady in my life.

New years resolutions for 2010

I’ve been starting to think about new years resolutions. I don’t know if it’s really worth it.

It seems like when you make resolutions you end up just breaking them soon after. Maybe instead of big list of new years resolutions I need to just make a promise to myself that I’ll be a better person and that I will follow through on anything I think about.

What do you all think?

It’s Almost Christmas 2009

It’s only 5 days until Christmas 2009.

Hope you are all doing well with your shopping. I’m almost done I think. I need to start wrapping and determine if I have enough presents to give to everyone.

I’ve been bad this year and didn’t get a list put together until today to send out to family and friends. I think I’ll end up with a bunch of giftcards probabbly but that’ll do just fine I guess.

Keep safe all of you!
