    Microsoft pays AOL $750 million...

    MSNBC is reporting that Microsoft has settled an antitrust lawsuit with AOL.

    Microsoft will pay $750 million to AOL Time Warner. However as usual it's probabbly more of a win for Microsoft than AOL...

    802.16a - The Last Mile Solution?

    In the May 19th, 2003 issue of InfoWorld there was a short insert about a new wireless standard in the works called 802.16a. It's suppose to have a 30 mile range and peak out around 70Mbps, shared-data speed.

    Matrix: Reloaded

    What can I say...

    Excellent movie! I saw it friday and was blown away. I think neo put it best when he said WHOA! I don't care what others are saying, the long winded speeches were excellent, the action was obviouslly killer, zion was cool, and the way it endded was perfect.

    *spoilers alert* - If you haven't seen the movie yet then don't read on unless you don't mind finding out what happens!

    Wireless lan quality

    I have a wireless lan at home. Two computers, a desktop and a laptop have wirless nics that connect to a WAP (Wireless Access Point) that's connected over the ether to another desktop that's the ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) box.

    All the equipment is dlink brand...
